Jason G. Howell
Jason has practiced law since his graduation from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1997. Jason’s practice has spanned various areas of civil litigation, most notably involving personal injury, domestic, commercial, and criminal defense. Jason’s realm of practice also encompasses all forms of estate planning and administration, business formation, drafting of contracts and leases, and various real estate matters. In addition to trial practice, Jason has extensive experience with all forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Licensed to practice law in both Kentucky and Tennessee, Jason’s practice covers a broad geographic region encompassing the entire Purchase Area of Kentucky and Northwest Tennessee. Jason is a member of the Kentucky and Tennessee Bar Associations, as well as the Calloway County Bar Association.

Jason’s philanthropic activities have included serving on the boards of the Arthritis Foundation, FACES, and READ Chattanooga. He is also a member and past president of the Chattanooga Jaycees, and has been involved with the track and field events for Special Olympics.
